Registration shall be cancelled in any of the following cases. (1)The registration information is found to contain a false statement (2)When contact cannot be made using the registered contact information and it is recognized that this will continue to be the case (3)When the registered person requests to have their registration cancelled. Ⅲ．社会保険・雇用保険の加入について／About contract of social insurance and contract of employment. According to health insurance, welfare pension insurance Act, and Employment Insurance Act, for the employees of company who meets the following requirements, the contract of social insurance, unemployment insurance is mandatory. (2) The requirements for employment insurance are for working hours per week is 20 hours or more and employment contract is likely to continue for more than 31 days. (Students attending school during the day are exceptional.)
