Important Dates:

Conference Format:

AONS&ISNCC 2027 is planned as a fully in-person meeting.

Please ensure all proposed session chairs and speakers are available to attend in person.

Important Notes:

• All proposed speakers and chairs must be pre-contacted and tentatively confirmed before submission.
• All sessions must be conducted in English.
• Concurrent sessions run alongside others, allowing delegates to choose topics most relevant to their interests.
• Concurrent sessions (workshop, symposium, educational) are designed for groups/teams to explore topics in depth, share expertise, present new ideas, or engage participants in interactive learning.
• Please note that submission of a session proposal indicates your commitment to participate in the event if your proposal is accepted.
• If selected, all speakers will be expected to register for the event and deliver your session as scheduled. Failure to register for the event, before registration closes will result in your session being removed from the program.
• If you are unable to deliver the session due to unforeseen circumstances, you agree to inform the Conference Secretariat immediately [aonsisncc2027@jtbcom.co.jp]

This form only records your personal details if you choose to enter them.

Session Format:

Participant-Organized Sessions

Duration:	60 min. / 90 min. / 120 min.
Style:	Symposium, Panel discussion, Workshop, Lecture
Chairperson:	Must include one (minimum)
Organizers:	- Define the session theme - Select speakers - Facilitate interactive discussion - Sessions should align with one of the four conference subthemes

*Proposed session timeframes are subject to adjustment by the Scientific Committee as needed.

The AONS&ISNCC Conference on Cancer Nursing 2027 will be held on-site on 5-7 August, 2027. The Organizing committee issues this Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, access, use and process your personal data as described below.

(As per Article 5 GDPR, we hereby inform you that we use your personal data for the purpose of providing you following services.)

・Registration of participation in this conference

・Notifying the outcome of session applications

・Operational tasks

・Contacting participants in case of emergency

・Preparation of reports

・Conducting questionnaire surveys

・Providing the information of other related conference

For purposes other than those stated above, the AONS&ISNCC Conference on Cancer Nursing 2027 will not use your personal information.

３．Retention periods

We retain your personal data for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and to comply with legal obligations.

* For conference participation and administration, your personal data will generally be retained until December 31, 2027.

* For accounting and auditing purposes, we retain certain personal data for seven years from the end of the relevant fiscal year, in accordance with applicable laws.

* Should a longer retention period be legally required, we will comply with such requirements.

After these periods, your personal data will be securely deleted or anonymized.

４．Data storage and transfer

Furthermore, we may share your personal data with other companies which may be located within or outside the European Economic Area (EEA) and provide business process services related to the provision of the services indicated above. Where a company is located outside the EEA, we will arrange adequate safeguards such as Binding Corporate Rules or Standard Contact Clause arrangement or transfer your personal data based on appropriate legal basis.
