11. 報告要旨（1000文字以内）を入力してください。Please enter the abstract of the presentation (in English, no more than 500 wards). ※

12. 大会開催前（約1週間前）に要旨を参加者限定にてWEB公開します。この際には、発表者全員の要旨が公開されます（必須）が、さらに開催後に一般公開する際の意向を選択してください。Presentation abstracts will be made available on the website approximately one week prior to the conference for conference participants only (required). Please indicate whether or not you agree to the publication of the abstracts after the conference. ※

If you choose to resubmit, please ensure it is no more than 4 pages in A4 size. If you do not resubmit, the abstract you submitted during your application will be made public. ※
