Participation and Attendance
The APAC Conference is organized as a closed meeting. Attendance is intended for representatives of APAC member associations, which are industry associations under the IFPMA, relevant regulatory authorities and government officials in the APAC region, and academia. For individuals beyond the groups described above, such as patient groups and the press including journalists, is respectfully excluded. Live streaming will be provided. In consideration of venue capacity and the overall balance of participants, on-site attendance may be limited, and some participants may be requested to attend online.

We (the Organizing Committee) are committed to protect the personal information of the applicants.
Your personal identifiable information (personal information) will be collected via this form only when you register to this conference(hereinafter the " Conference ").
Without an applicant's consent, we (the Organizing Committee) will not use such information for the purposes other than operating and managing the Conference, responding to inquiries from and providing information on the Conference to the applicants.

For smooth operation of the Conference, we (the Organizing Committee) are entrusting the collection, storage, management and handling of personal information regarding the Conference to the following company who acts as the Registration Office under a confidentiality agreement.

In case there is an error in your personal information collected for the Conference, please inform the Registration Office to have it corrected or deleted.

Please note that without the necessary information we may be unable to process your registration.
